Double Denim and Statement Pieces Kept Simple:

This is definately one of my favorite looks. I'm a huge fan of denim on denim with slightly bold statement pieces just to bring the outfit out and not to have it looking a little too simple or boring. Here are some looks that I've pieced together to give you guys an idea of what i would recommend or approve of. Most of the items used are very affordable and some pieces are a little over on the high end side but you can always find similar pieces so that shouldn't be a problem to fulfill this look. An item chart will be listed at the bottom with links to where you can purchase. Hope You Enjoy and This Helps.

Nalijah's Declassified Summer Footwear Survival Guide:

Summer is quickly approaching and here's my list of must haves. As you can see all the items that I have put together are very simple neutral toned sandals both high heeled and flat which is typically what I like to go for when styling outfits on myself or for others. Either shoe can go with a top and shorts, boyfriend or skinny styled jeans, skirts or maxi dresses. These shoes can be found at Zara at very affordable prices as well. Some may only be sold online at : I'll list a link to the website below and a price chart. Hope this helped you guys.

ALTUZARRA X Target Collab

I'm just receiving the news on Targets newest collaboration with ALTUZARRA (a week late) but a late post is better than never. I'm actually very excited! I really am a huge fan of high end designers collaborating with others in the fashion industries. Joseph Altuzarra is the latest to team up with Target. Others that have worked with Target as well: such as Proenzo Schouler, Prabal Gurung, 3.1 Phillip Lim, and recently Peter Pilatto. The release date set up for the ALTUZARRA  collaboration is Sep.14th.

The Paparazzi Visor: Hot or Not ?

Lately I've been seeing a lot about his "paparazzi visor" and I don't really know how i personally feel about it. I first seen it on Donald's Sterlings girlfriend V. Stiviano formally known as Vanessa Parez during the L.A Clippers vs Donald Sterling controversy. I feel like it's appropiete strictly for celebrities because that's the purpose of it, but I wouldn't approve of just seeing random people walking down the street hiding their face as if random someone's are waiting to take pictures of them. If I was in that situation i would just rock out with some shades a smile and a hand wave. I feel as though the visor is EXTRA!

Keeping Up With Kylie's Streetstyle:

It's been a while since I've updated any post for you guys to check out because of my lack of inspiration for what exactly I wanted my next blog post to be about. Well now here we are and I've cooked up something! Let's talk KYLIE JENNER! My God, she's absolutely amazing when it comes to her style! I adore it. I feel like it's exactly the type of thing street style should be about. Not too much!... and I feel as though she captures that's effortlessly. I'm a huge fan of dark colors with a hint of another color that brings the outfit out and I loved these looks that I came across on my tumblr. Keep it up Ky!

About Last Night: Met Gala 2014

I just want to take the time to recognize how amazing the celebrities and models all looked at last nights 2014 Met Gala. The Red Carpet was over-flooded with tons of beautiful and unique looks from Topshop and Stella McCartney to Balmain Paris and Lanvin.Although they were all absolutely stunning may I point out how most of the guest did not follow the strict Ball Gown and White Tie dress code. This years Met Gala was themed as Charles James: Anna's Wintours Costume Centers inaugural  exhibit. Maybe they didn't receive the memo because, literally so many arrived in mini skirts, pants, and crop top/ two piece unsombeles.

Who knows? Maybe they even got white tie confused with cocktail. Although most were way off when it come to the dress code, they still managed to look amazing and made it on my list of this years favorites. Let's just wish the ladies better luck with next years dress code.

Charles James? WHO?
